The Impact Learning model uses traditional education as a foundation to prepare students in literacy, numeracy, social studies and science, but it takes student learning beyond these boundaries of traditional study. Through dynamic, project-based, real-world experiences, students demonstrate their knowledge in a practical, hands-on environment shaped by the Impact Pillars.

The best way to understand Impact Learning and the Pillars that make up the overarching direction of the program, is to hear them explained by one of the program’s co-founders. Our own board member, Robert Landau, has been part of the team that developed the Impact Learning model from the ground up. With more than 40 years of experience as an educator, independent school administrator and educational consultant, Robert has traveled the world, bringing the extraordinary nature of Impact Learning to thousands of students around the globe.
